Truevo is currently seeking a highly analytical Revenue Optimisation Manager to join our expanding Commercial department. This person should have experience and knowledge of the card payments infrastructure to be able to analyse in detail various revenue streams and cost elements. The candidate will work with various operational teams with the ultimate aim of improving the company’s bottom line.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the Revenue Optimisation Function
  • Analyse internal data to investigate and establish the root cause of revenue leakage and potential margin degradation
  • Remediate revenue leakage issues by influencing and engaging key stakeholders on activity and resource requirements necessary to drive revenue maximisation
  • Identify and manage over, under and incorrect charging to customers
  • Develop and implement end-to-end controls and methodology for all products and services related to revenue streams and cost elements
  • Analyse approval rates on processed transactions per customer, per partner, per industry, to establish a benchmark for approval rate monitoring
  • Pro-actively engage with issuing banks in order to improve approval rates when discrepancies are detected, as well as to improve our overall benchmarks vs industry benchmarks
  • Provide reporting and recommendation for approval rate optimisation to customers
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge and experience in dealing with card scheme interchange and fees
  • Strong knowledge of the general e-commerce market, and of merchant’s needs
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention for detail
  • Results driven with the ability to deliver within agreed time frame
  • Dedicated, self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels, both internal with colleagues and external with customers
