Truevo is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience and Human Resources background to join our team. The recruitment function will be performed for local and international roles based in the EU.

  • Facilitate hiring against the relevant departmental Hiring Plan
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand each positions expectation
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Advertise vacancies internally and externally
  • Source high quality candidates on social networks and alternative platforms
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct HR interview and assess candidate knowledge, skills and culture fit
  • Liaise with candidates and provide feedback
  • Arrange interviews and conduct all background checks on candidates
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team
  • Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Promote employer branding
  • Prepare and send offer letters
  • Keeping abreast with departmental and company changes
  • Facilitate Onboarding Process
  • Maintain Employee Records
  • Provide advice and information to managers and employees on HR related policies and procedures
  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in recruitment and HR
  • Familiar with job boards and resume databases
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Must be passionate about people and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality
