We plan to expand into other countries soon. If you’re interested in applying with Truevo, but find that your country isn’t currently supported, please add your business to our waiting list. We’ll let you know as soon as we launch in your country.

To apply, simply complete our online application form. We pride ourselves on providing a fast and hassle-free onboarding process.

Please have the following information and documents ready when completing the online application form:

  1. Company registration number
  2. VAT numbers (if you have)
  3. Tax identification number
  4. Certificate of Incorporation
  5. Proof of Bank Account (for settlement of funds)
  6. Constitutional Document
  7. Register of Directors
  8. Register of Shareholders
  9. Estimated monthly turnover and average transaction value
  10. Gambling license, and/or license number (if you are a gambling operator)
  11. If you currently accept cards online, you will be asked to upload copies of the last 6 months’ merchant statements from your current processor
  12. If you do not currently accept cards online, you will be asked to upload your Business Plan
  13. If you intend to make use of the server to server integration method, you must be PCI compliant and will be asked to upload your PCI Certificate
  14. Each Director’s name, date of birth, Passport or ID card number and expiry date, as well as residential address

Required Shareholder details for companies directly owned by private individuals:

  1. Shareholder’s full name
  2. Shareholder’s percentage of shareholding and source of wealth
  3. Any 2 of the following documents: identity document, passport, or driver’s license. Make sure these copies are in colour and are clear. (We recommend using a mobile phone to take a photo of the document)
  4. Utility bill or bank statement containing the residential address

Required Shareholder details for companies owned by another company:

  1. Company name
  2. Shareholder’s percentage of shareholding
  3. Company registration number
  4. Registered address

Once your application is submitted, a member of our team will review your information and get back to you within 48 hours. If you don’t hear from us within this timeframe, you’re welcome to reach out to support@truevo.com.
