The Truevo Small Business account is everything you need for your business all in one place.

Accept payments online and in-store. Order debit cards for you and your team and keep track of your business expenses. Monitor all incoming and outgoing business cash, all in one simple and easy to use Truevo portal.

If you’re logging in for the first time you will need to check your inbox for an email asking you to activate your account. Follow the link on the email to create your password and login for the first time!

If you’ve already activated your account you can follow this link to log in.

For your safety, we do have an idle session time of 10 minutes. In the event that you are not active on your portal for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log you out.

You can easily change your account email address. Simply log into your Truevo portal by following this link. Once inside, select the message icon in the main menu bar and send us a message with your new email address. Our team will let you know once they have finished updating your email address.

Make your team members’ lives easy and add them to your Truevo portal by following this link. Navigate to the settings tab. Once inside, go to your settings scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Add a new user” you’ll be prompted to fill out some information about the new user and have the ability to customise their view of the Truevo portal. Once you hit the submit button we will email your team member and ask them to create a password.

To see a log of all your payments and transactions, log into your Truevo portal and you’ll quickly be able to take a look at your business dashboard.

You can track all of your accepted payments, both online and instore, all in one place.

Need a more detailed breakdown? Have a look at your Balances and Income tabs. You can even export your transaction records and pass them on to whoever handles your money or import it into wherever you keep track of your books.

Simply log into your Truevo portal and navigate to the settings. Find which team member you would like to adjust the permissions of and select “Manage user” this will allow you to edit the permissions and details of your team member.

Yes, we have a mobile authentication app that you will have to download in order to log into your account. This app will also help you perform any secure activity on your account, like requesting changes to your account or even adding staff members.
