No need to worry! Your Card Machine will be set up and ready to go when it is delivered to you. All you have to do is turn it on, and start accepting payments.
If you are asked for credentials, use 1234 as your username and password, if that doesn’t work try 0000. Be sure to check the “save credentials” box before logging in or you’ll be asked to input these details again the next time you use your card machine.
Your Card Machine also comes with a SIM card, so you don’t even need to worry about connecting it to your WiFi. However, you are welcome to do that if you want to.
With your Card Machine, you can accept all Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards.
Leave it to us! Upon delivery, your Card Machine doesn’t need any updates and later on, when newer versions are available, we’ll push those updates out to the Card Machine using its WiFi connection to make sure that we don’t impact SIM card data usage.
If your customer’s card is declined and they would like to know why, we recommend contacting their bank to find out why the transaction could not be processed successfully.
