We currently support three of the most popular ecommerce platforms; WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop.

At the moment we only support WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop. We are constantly looking to grow this list and would love to know what platform you are using. Contact us at support@truevo.com or on +44 203 514 3569 or 1800 851 208.

Once you have completed signup and onboarding we will send you an email with all the information you need to install your Plugin. This will include your Live Merchant ID (mid), Live Terminal ID (tid) and Token.

Using your Truevo Plugin your customers can accept all Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Once your business has been approved the Truevo Plugins are so easy to install and set up that you will be accepting online payments in less than 15 minutes.

You can set up your store to accept payments from almost every country, and can offer pricing in the relevant currency. When your customer makes a payment we’ll process the payment in Pounds if you’re based in the UK or Euros if you’re based in the EU.

Your Payment Plugin is 3D Secure 2 enabled, meaning your customers will be asked to authorise their online purchases.

Installation is really easy, so we supply you with all the tools and guides that you need to set up your Payment Plugin on your own, and have a team ready to support you if you need help.

We’ll help you get set up with everything payments related, and you’ll be in control of everything on your website.
